What is the heritage fair

The Heritage Fair is an exhibition of  work on a Canadian theme. Children are invited to prepare projects using  a medium of their choice to tell stories and share information about  Canadian people, events, achievements, milestones, buildings, or places.   Some schools hold school fairs and a limited number of projects from the  school fair are selected to progress to the community fair.  If a  school does not have a school fair or a child is home schooled that  child is able to enter a project in the fair at a different school.
